This was a horrible experience for us! Now to clarify the nurse helper was wonderful the best bed side manner of almost anyone I would say in the practice , Yet Mary Fey the main nurse practitioner was indeed one of the worst I have ever encountered, she could learn a thing or two from her helper, Mary couldn't answer questions without being rude or otherwise cut you off in mid sentence, she was not willing to listen to concerns and just plain aired an arrogant opinion. I almost walked out, which is usually unheard of. I try to be very humble and I get along with just about everyone. I needed her to answer some simple questions concerning my children and seemed to get nowhere. I will be taking my children to a doctor who cares. I feel sorry for her helper she deserves better. I really just want a family doctor who is willing to take the time to listen who shows respect, and is willing to go the extra mile to take care of medical needs and explain things when needed. Don't allow people to talk over you when talking or asking questions it shows that they don't care what you have to say and they disrespect you as a person. If you decide to go to this clinic I wish you the best and hope that you don't have the same experience we did. Best Luck To You!
